This hotel was very nice. Upon entering it had a clean scent, not a bleach smell but a fresh scent. Breakfast in the morning had excellent variety and good quality. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was relatively easy to find and convenient for us. We appreciated the full breakfast bar. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was quite tight. A better nightlight in the bathroom would have been nice.

Bedding, public spaces, breakfast room, and location were all good. Unfortunately, there was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom due to improper plumbing - no trap under the sink. I contacted HIE customer service after returning home and they promised to look into the plumbing/odor issue and compensated me with a few points on my rewards membership. Again, the hotel and location are nice but I suggest you look under the sink for a properly plumbed trap before you settle into a room.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. My husband and I always stay at IHG hotels and are platinum elite members. Upon check in we did not receive the automatic upgrade that comes with using our IHG credit card. The room was very very …

Very impressive. Walk out the back and see an awesome view. Seating overlooking the water makes for a great place in the summer or even Fall, to have your breakfast. The bay area is stunning. Also close to restaurants. Holiday Inn picked a beautiful spot for this hotel. I was impressed. Prime location. We had a beautiful view from our room. We will be back.

We were greeted with a smile. When the thermostat didn’t work in our first room we were promptly given another room. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The school event that we were to attend was cancelled due to weather. Since we were past the cancellation time, we decided to continue with an evening in Annapolis and enjoy our stay. Our suite was clean and spacious, having everything we needed for a night away from home.
